These are very uncertain times for everyone and we know that there will be many people concerned about their mortgage situation, we are here to help where we can. 

The banks have sent a clear message to let us know they are here to support our clients, and there will be various packages available. The government also announced this afternoon assistance to the banks to allow ‘mortgage holidays’ (some T’s & C’s may apply), and we expect to hear more from the banks around their operational procedures over the next couple of days. 

In the meantime we wanted to let you know if you do have any concerns about your home loan repayments or you need financial assistance contact us for advice and we will do what we can to help. We are working remotely and available by phone, email, video calling, Facebook messenger, etc, however response times may be a little slower but Heather will get back to you as soon as she can.
