Where do I even begin? Being a first time home buyer is scary and we had no idea what we were doing. When we found a home that we loved, we needed to act fast. Heather took the call and within a week we had our team together. Heather and Chanelle were incredible throughout the entire process. They literally held our hands and helped us to understand our options. They helped us understand the building inspection report and went above and beyond anything I'd ever expect a mortgage broker to do. they checked in with us during and post-home purchase and I truly couldn't speak more highly of our experience with both of them. Furthermore, they have an incredible list of venders all of whom we engaged with were amazing (Lawyers, building inspectors etc). 1000000/10 recommend. I came across Heather on FHB page on Facebook which had a lot of excellent reviews about her, so I went onto the Mortgage Ladies and Co website to find out more about her and she definitely ticked all the boxes to what I wanted in an awesome Mortagage / Financial advisor. I immediately registered on the website in Jan 23 to get started as our rental was going on the market and we wanted to buy our own place rather than looking for another rental to move into. After registering, I received a notification the next day from the lovely Heather who organised our very first zoom meeting on the same week and it was all go from there. She was very welcoming and explained everything from start to the finishing line. Fast forward to 2 months later after open homes etc, we finally found a place we liked which was our first place we put an offer on, accepted and Boom! We got it and went unconditional in April and moved in July as house was currently tenanted and we had to wait for 3 months but it was definitely worth the wait. Heather didn't pressure us in any way. Heather was very understanding and listened to our situation, and she definitely did go the extra mile to assist us in every way possible. I loved the fact that she would accommodate the time to have our meetings later in the evenings due to finishing work late and she would also reply to my messages no matter what time of the night it was. She is super-efficient, dedicated and also stands by their motto "With you every step of the way". She was definitely there for us every step of the way and her pink stilettos really did do the trick! Heather will make things happen and follows up if anything needed to be looked at. Although she had so many clients, she will still make time for us. She is a superstar and a true legend, and you will have no regrets after your first meeting with her. My partner, 2 daughters and I are very grateful and blessed to have Heather as our amazing financial advisor. A massive Thank you to Heather and Chanelle! Keep up the great work!!
