Where do I even begin? Being a first time home buyer is scary and we had no idea what we were doing. When we found a home that we loved, we needed to act fast. Heather took the call and within a week we had our team together. Heather and Chanelle were incredible throughout the entire process. They literally held our hands and helped us to understand our options. They helped us understand the building inspection report and went above and beyond anything I'd ever expect a mortgage broker to do. they checked in with us during and post-home purchase and I truly couldn't speak more highly of our experience with both of them. Furthermore, they have an incredible list of venders all of whom we engaged with were amazing (Lawyers, building inspectors etc). 1000000/10 recommend. I don't plan on buying another home soon but I now know who to go to should that need arise again. Thank you so much for helping us buy our very first home.
